Copper Alloy Castings  (Bronzes)

TASK is proud to supply copper alloy castings to a wide geography all over the world from USA to India, from Sweeden to The Netherlands and from Brazil to Germany.

With the assistance of the most experienced foundrymen, we are already supplying copper alloy castings / bronzes for a wide variety of applications: from the most precisious iron and steel furnace parts, pump parts to artistic castings and bathroom furniture.

Our capability of copper alloy casting processes include:
  • Sand casting

  • Investment (Lost-wax) casting

  • Gravity Die Casting

Offered Cast Copper Alloys include:

  • Aluminium bronzes

  • Tin bronzes

  • Manganese bronzes

  • Electrolytic copper

  • Hard bronze alloys

  • Special alloys for more applications

In addition to copper alloys, our foundry is also capable of casting Aluminium Alloys and Nickel Superalloys.

Melting capacity (max. single weight of a casting) is 2 tons.

In addition to in-house destrcutive quality controlling equipment, we also have the NDT (Non-destructive Testing) capabilities, to ensure our casting quality.

Besides ISO9000-2000 approval, our foundry also has approvals from main inspection companies as Germanischer Lloyd, Lloyd's Register, DNV, etc.

Mainly served industries include: shipyards, iron and steel mills, valves and pumps, general machinery, defense and aerospace, construction, glass moulds making, mining, foundry supplies, etc.
